Hello everyone! In class we'be learning about globalisation and its effects on our society. The world is smaller than before and many countries far away, are closer together. Cultures are getting ver similar. However, we've also learned that even today, there are cultural differences that we must know and respect. I am writing this post to let you know about rights and responsabilities in Spain, in case you want to come and visit. It is important to know that you cannot smoke or drink alcohol here until you are 18. Not that you want to anyway. I think that in some other countries you can buy tobacco at 16, but not here. About driving, it's a pity, because you have to be 18 years old. We learned that in the USA you can drive at 16, that would be really cool. Here in Spain, we have the right to express ourselves freely, however, you need to be responsible and do not offend others with racist comments or insults.

Hello guys! Today I'd like to talk about how things have changed in my life. There are plenty of things that I used to do as a kid that I no longer do and I think you might be interetsted in knowing about them. For example, when I was 4 years old I used to love cartoons, especially those about animals. Now, I don't watch cartoons anymore. I find them boring. I prefer watching videos on the internet. I also remember that when I was a kid, my mother used to take me to the school every morning. She also used to pick me up after school. I couldn't go anywhere alone. Nowaydas, I can go wherever I want on my own or with friends. However, the most important change in my life has been our home. We used to live in the countryside in a big house. My parents used to take care of the animals and a small farm and I used to play with my dog in the fields. Hi, my name's Pedro and I'm 15 years old. I'm from Spain and I liven in Alfaro, a small town in the south part of La Rioja. I'm in 4th of ESO and my favourite subject is English becasuse I can talk to people from al over the world. But I hate numbers and I'm really bad at Maths. There are 4 people living in my house. My parents, Antonio y Lucía, and mi littel sister Elena. I love her! She's small and very cute and I usually play with her. About the things I like, well, I really love sport, of course. I suppory Real Madrid and my favourite player is Cristiano Ronalod. He's the best. I usually play football with my friends and sometimes I go running. I also like music.
